Sales Tax 

Sales Tax is a Use Tax, owed to the state where the purchase is to be used. For purchases sent to Illinois, we are required to charge and collect 10%, the Evanston IL sales tax. For purchases sent to other states, we do not need to collect Sales Tax. 

If the purchaser is a bona-fide non-profit organization and can produce evidence of an Illinois State Tax Exempt letter with an E#, the sale is exempt from Illinois Sales Tax.  Please write E# in appropriate place when checking out and send a facsimile copy of a current Exempt letter to:  (773) 324-6050.
